Bryce patiently waited for me to add 38 candles to Brandon’s delicious chocolate pinot noir birthday cake made by Dawn Houser. Dawn also brought warm basil cheddar bread - heaven!  Bryce sat next to his new best buddy, Marco. Before dinner Marco and Bryce raced the remote control truck around the house. Cake was followed by laying on the couch with Marco reading his book about TRAINS!

The evening we started with a bottle of Cremant de Bourgogne Brut from Pommard, France followed by an Owen Roe Sangiovese, Owen Roe Ex Umbris and a Cuneo end of the run red blend. 

Best of all the night was over by 8:30 pm with the kitchen cleaned up by 9:40 pm!
